Roots of Reconciliation (Non-Indigenous)

  • Returning to Spirit Residential School Reconciliation Inc. 231-614 Des Meurons Street Winnipeg Canada (map)

Roots of Reconciliation is a four day workshop essential to the RTS reconciliation model. The insights developed during the workshop create space for participants to discover how previously-held behaviours, judgements, assumptions or perceptions have kept them stuck in a disempowering story.

This workshop in Winnipeg, MB is dedicated to those who:

  • Are over 18

  • Identify as non-Indigenous

  • Are either foster parents or work in the foster care system (Child and Family Services or agencies connected to CFS)

  • Want to participate in a meaningful dialogue of reconciliation to heal the hurts experienced by those aging out youth or adults of the foster care system.

Thanks to our generous funders we will be waiving the standard registration fees for this workshop however a suggested donation of $50 can be made to RTS to support our work going forward.

Registration is now closed.

For more info on this workshop & others please visit our Workshop Info page or email us at info@returningtospirit.org

Thank you to the Canadian Race Relations Foundation and Johansen Larsen Foundation for making this workshop possible.
